🫀Arrival & Attunement
Building our cosy cuddle burrow, we discuss limits and needs, alongside tools for you to modulate your experience (peaceful to playful, verbal to non-verbal…) at any time. We can then eye gaze, hold hands, or sit back-to-back and breathe.
🫀Somatic Holding
Moving through various positions of support (spooning, cradled sitting, head-in-lap…) I invite you deeper into your body through sustained contact, finding moments of rest that feel delicious for you, listening for what is most alive.
🫀Integrative Rest
We end in deep rest, with the option of an improvised poem (a short bed-time story made just for you) as you breathe in what you have just moved, empowering your system to carry this ease (and oxytocin) back into daily life.

Clear boundaries. Professional standards are maintained while embracing authentic connection. Before booking, we'll discuss exactly what the session entails and establish clear agreements.
