Touch Song™ is a monthly 3-hour ritual container for reclaiming a relationship with pleasure through conscious solo practice. Beyond fantasy, beyond performance, beyond shame, we enter the somatic touchscape of the body, building skills for erotic improvisation.

✧ Why I created Touch Song™ ✧

After healing years of compulsive sexual seeking through committed study in conscious embodiment (learn more →), I felt a calling to craft grounded spaces where others could come home to their bodies, using pleasure as a doorway to somatic wisdom.

Like the consciousness-raising circles of Betty Dodson in the 70s, this guided practice helps reshape patterns of disconnection learned in isolation while maintaining personal sovereignty. My approach is refreshingly straightforward: creating the container where what naturally wants to happen within our various bodies can finally breathe.

I serve as a kind of "masturbation flight attendant," gesturing to the aisles of embodiment, centring safety, reminding you to prioritise your own breath first… By learning to have better sex with ourselves, we create the foundation for better connections with others and wiser wielding of erotic energy in our world.

Creating the conditions for a profound experience begins before you arrive. Consider these suggestions as invitations to deepen your ritual:

For Online Participants:

  • Avoid heavy meals 2 hours before, but stay hydrated

  • Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes that are easy to remove

  • Create a sacred space where you won't be disturbed

  • Test your audio setup before the session begins

  • Prepare your space with soft lighting, comfortable support, music, and a blanket
